This is option is the popular choice among clients. It gives the client 3.5 hours worth of work at their property for one flat fee of $125.
Monthly Maintenance Service
$35/hr
Affordable monthly maintenance service to keep your property at it’s best throughout every season of the year. Flexible scheduling tailored around your needs. Flat hourly rate of $35 per hour that covers a wide variety of landscaping and irrigation needs.

Owned an operated by Jacob Payne, a native Tucsonan with almost a decade of landscaping experience, Mr. Payne will be the sole individual doing your landscaping at every visit.
No contracts and no obligations needed. Mr. Payne will come every month to take care of your weeds, trees, and everything in-between.
